Job Summary:
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring profitability, high customer satisfaction, and adherence to company standards. This role includes managing staff, optimizing sales performance, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working towards setting processes to enhance customer experience.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Working on sales building activity.
- Working on optimizing cost and taking various cost saving initiatives.
- Responsible for the entire P&L of the store.
- Competitors analysis.
- Coaching employees to develop their skills.
- Store employee recruitment and orientation.
- Product ordering like toys.
- Must be proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
