Job Summary:
A Marketing Manager helps in promoting our brand by creating, managing, and executing marketing campaigns. Marketing managers conduct market research to identify ideal customers and tailor the company’s marketing efforts to appeal to them. They coordinate with the operation team to optimize marketing strategies and align them with the company’s goals. Marketing managers are also responsible for ATL and BTL along with the distribution of promotional material like brochures and oversee the direction and development of the digital marketing campaigns.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Creating marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Implementing marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Managing the marketing budget.
- Coordinating marketing efforts with cross-functional teams like operations, Toy warehouse and Import Manager.
- Analysing marketing data and metrics to refine marketing strategies.
- Staying updated with the latest marketing trends.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or any other relevant field.
- Sound understanding of marketing fundamentals and tactics, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Leadership and project management skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
