Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Training Manager- HR Trainer and Operations Specialist to join our team. This role combines training and operational responsibilities to ensure the organization's HR processes and employee development initiatives run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be skilled in delivering engaging training programs, optimizing HR operations, and contributing to a positive work culture

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees, including onboarding, leadership development, and skill enhancement.
  • Assess training needs through employee feedback, performance evaluations, and consultation with managers.
  • Develop training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules to support employee growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, using metrics and feedback to enhance outcomes.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends to ensure relevant and impactful training initiatives.

HR Operations:

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace environment.
  • Manage HR analytics to track metrics such as employee turnover, training ROI, and operational efficiency.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing queries and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with Store Manager to align training programs with organizational goals.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and suggest improvements.

Technology & Systems:

  • Leverage HR technology to automate routine processes and improve efficiency.
  • Train staff on the use of HR systems and tools.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver impactful training sessions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
  • Proficiency in HR software and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, training, or operations roles.
  • Certification in HR or training (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or CIPD) is a plus.
  • Experience in managing both training initiatives and operational processes.
