Job Summary:
The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple retail stores within a designated region, ensuring operational excellence, sales growth, and superior customer service. This role involves managing store managers, optimizing store performance, implementing company strategies, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working towards setting processes to enhance customer experience.
- Handling the entire operational activities of various centres.
- Working on sales building activity.
- Working on optimizing cost and taking various cost saving initiatives.
- Responsible for the entire P&L of the store.
- Competitors analysis.
- Coaching employees to develop their skills.
- Store employee recruitment and orientation.
- Product ordering like toys and other gaming activities.
- Must be proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Essential Qualifications, Job-Related Knowledge, and Skills: Minimum Any Graduate - Any Specialization.
